Responsible entity  

CONFORMETAL – Industria Transformadora de Chapas Lda, corporate entity no. 508143829, headquartered at Rua do Monte, Centro de Negócios de Oleiros, 4730-325 Oleiros, Vila Verde, is the entity responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes mentioned in this privacy policy.

 
CONFORMETAL is committed to processing your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law – Law 67/98 of October 26, and other applicable legislation on this matter, such as Law 41/2004 of August 18, as amended by Law 46/2012 of August 29, regarding the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data. The Personal Data Protection Law has been replaced by a European regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council) of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and their free movement, which came into effect on May 25, 2018.

 

 


Purpose of personal data collection  

The collection of personal data by CONFORMETAL aims to manage contractual relationships, provide contracted services, and carry out information and marketing actions, particularly the sending of unsolicited communications for direct marketing purposes, namely through email, phone calls, including SMS (short message services), with the aim of informing about campaigns, promotions, advertisements, and news regarding the products and services of CONFORMETAL companies.

 
The personal data collected are intended to be used by CONFORMETAL in accordance with the purposes mentioned above.

 
Unsolicited communications (marketing)  

By accepting this Policy, the data subject is expressly and prior authorizing CONFORMETAL to send unsolicited communications for direct marketing purposes, namely through the use of automated email systems.

 
However, the data subject may revoke this authorization at any time – even at the time of collection – without any costs or consequences.

To do so, they should send an email to geral@conformetal.pt.  
CONFORMETAL, after obtaining its customers’ electronic contact details (email) and phone numbers in the context of the sale of a service and/or product, and in accordance with the applicable legislation, may use them for direct marketing of its own products and/or services or others similar to those transacted, provided that it clearly and explicitly guarantees the customers the possibility to refuse, free of charge and easily, the use of such details:  

  • – at the time of collection;
  • – with each message, when the customer has not initially refused that use.

 

 

Data collection in closed networks  

CONFORMETAL, as far as possible, adopts data protection security mechanisms, and personal data circulates only in closed networks and under secure conditions, not using data collection in open networks (such as the internet), which reduces the risk of being viewed and used by unauthorized third parties.  

However, CONFORMETAL informs that no security system can guarantee absolute protection.
